LICENSE

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from Lauro Dominici (the “Licensor”), you (the “Licensee”) agree to the terms of this License Agreement (the “Agreement”).


1. Grant of License:

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products (including templates, bundles, and design resources) solely for personal or professional design projects.

• This license is limited to the Licensee and their immediate team or design studio employees.

• The Licensee may use the products for unlimited personal or client projects.

• This license does not transfer ownership of the products. All rights remain with the Licensor.

2. Restrictions:

The Licensee shall not

A. Share, sell, distribute, or otherwise make the digital products available to external parties.
B. Duplicate, reproduce, or repurpose the products for uses beyond internal or client project work.
C. Create derivative products (such as competing templates, bundles, or design resources) using any part of the purchased products.
D. Claim the templates, layouts, or workshop content as their own intellectual property.


3. Image & Content Usage:

• Some templates may include placeholder images or textures intended for easy customisation. These are for illustrative purposes only and should be replaced with the Licensee’s own visuals.

• Any sample or digitally generated images included are not to be redistributed, sold, or claimed as original works by the Licensee.

4. Monitoring & Compliance:

The Licensor reserves the right to monitor the use of digital products to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Any unauthorised use or breach will result in immediate termination of the License and may lead to legal action.


5. Ownership:

All products remain the exclusive property of Lauro Dominici. This Agreement does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights.


6. Term & Termination:

This Agreement is effective upon purchase and remains valid until terminated. The Licensor may revoke the License immediately if the Licensee violates any terms.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the products, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
